It’s the People, Stupid. - Part 3 AI Journey

Firstly, Read Part-1 and Part-2 before you try to understand the AI Journey.
Secondly, Start connecting all the dots with right the AI Journey by following the below steps.
- Understand the current AI market state with the current AI technology (products, agents, and companies) landscape.
- Know how others solved problems with the current AI tech. AI Agents Index | AI Companies Index
- See if you have similar problems that can be solved with AI tech. Don't start from scratch as AI takes time and is expensive, unlike traditional tech. If you are trying to solve similar or the same problems that are being solved by other AI tech companies, then you can leverage the existing AI tech.
- Capture the existing high-level business or personal-related triggers or actions. Example: Take a few metrics from Part-1 and Part-2
- Know the people if you are developing a personal mobile App. and,
- Know the customer if you are developing an enterprise AI Agent.
- Build people's or customers' Journeys from the business side
- Capture how a set of people or customers interact currently
- Capture a set of people or customer's metrics (for example repetitive thoughts/perceptions, repetitive actions/decisions, repetitive clicks, similar actionable patterns, similar sequences, etc) around
- Find and segment a set of people or set of customers
- Find the repetitive actions done by a set of people/customers with some time gaps
- Find the iterative actions done by a set of people/customers with immediate need for attention
- Find the same actions/decisions done by a set of people/customers
- Find the similar actions/decisions done by a set of people/customers
- Find the manual work via manual actions done by a set of people/customers
- Find the current actions via current tools done by a set of people/customers
- Brainstorm and ideate high-level AI agents and solutions around those set of people or customer's metrics because those metrics are candidates for AI agents or solutions
- Develop AI Vision, Goals & Plan with the expected outcomes; people side metrics such as adoption, scaling, usage, retention, etc, and company side metrics such as estimates, budgets, cost savings, revenue/profit etc
- Start the iterative approach with a few high-level AI solutions based on what you found from the above ideation
- Build AI business solution architecture
- Build AI technical architecture (cloud is better for faster delivery)
- Plan delivery timelines (2 weeks to 1 year with 2 week sprint)
- Create and finalize Business requirements
- Start the development with iterative sprints
- Test the AI agent or solution
- Have the AI agent or AI solution delivery
- Cross-check the delivery with the AI Vision, Goals & Plan on a monthly basis
- Test with real people and have the AI plan for the next iteration
Each of the above steps needs to further drill down and expand your plan.
